Christmas Cracker Book Tag

Woohooo! Just 4 more days and it's Christmas.YAY! How excited are you? Book bloggers have been busy hosting book-hops, bookish parties, secret Santa games, giveaways, author interviews and more fun! And some have gone on a vacation aka a blogging hiatus.  I was kinda doing the latter one. SO now that I'm back, I thought of doing a Christmas book tag for fun. I found it in Google. So join along, if you like it- A Christmas Cracker Book Tag.

Pick a book with a wintry cover: WhiteCliff Bay Series by Holly Martin

Wintry or Christmassy? I'm not sure. To be frank, I grabbed these two just by looking at those gorgeous covers. I love those!

Pick a book you’re likely to buy as a present: Harry Potter and the Philosopher's stone (Illustrated Edition)

I started reading Harry Potter series this year. Always kept it aside since the movies had spoiled the fun. After devouring them, I was forced to change my opinion. Awesome than all those HP movies. So, I would buy this illustrated version as a Christmas Present as I loved it and knowing it can be enjoyed by everyone in the family.

Pick a festive themed book: One Wish in Manhattan by Mandy Baggot

I enjoyed reading this book. A mother trying to fulfill her daughter's Christmas wish, which is to find the father. They travel to New York, in the hope of finding him, where they meet a ruggedly handsome hero, who is willing to help them. Perfect to get into the Holiday spirit.

Pick a book you can curl up with by the fireplace: Christmas Wishes and Mistletoe Kisses

I loved, loved and Loved it. A family centered, heartwarming story by Jenny Hale. Highly recommend it, if you read contemporary or chick-lit novels.

Pick a book you want to read over the festive period: The Gift of the Magi

A lovely couple's heart-touching story; short story actually. I have a copy in my iPhone and read it over Christmas time always.

Pick a book that’s so good it gives you chills: Christmas at the Vicarage

Christmas at the Vicarage, the debut novel by Rebecca Boxall truly gave me chills. A love story intertwined with bitter experiences and mysteries. A stunning debut I would say!

Pick a book going on your Christmas wishlist: Every Time a Bell Rings by Carmel Harrington

This particular book received a ton of hype, seems it's based on my favorite Christmas movie IT'S A WONDERFUL LIFE. So, I will be elated if Mr. Santa Claus can put it under our Christmas tree.

Consider yourself tagged, if you liked it. And don't forget to share a link.
